Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the personal data operator — Sole proprietor Marina Petrovna Bush, OGRNIP 326774600014081, INN 772154254274, phone: +7 916 565-31-76, email: support@ream.design (the "Operator") — to process my personal data on the terms set out below. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version prevails.

Data covered by this consent

• name (nickname);
• email address;
• profile picture (avatar), if uploaded by me;
• authentication data: the cryptographic hash of my password and, when signing in via an external provider, my identifier at that provider and the access tokens it issued;
• Ream usage data linked to my account;
• the content of my support requests and of messages sent through the feedback form;
• records of this consent being given: date and time, version and language of the consent text, IP address and browser user-agent.

Purposes of processing

• registration and management of an account on ream.design and in the Ream application;
• providing Service features and usage-limit accounting;
• sending transactional messages related to the account;
• responding to my requests.

Processing operations

This consent covers the following operations performed by automated means: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to parties engaged by the Operator to keep the service running, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

The Operator may engage the following categories of processors: a hosting provider (database storage and backend operation), a transactional email delivery service (sending service messages) and a payment service (when paid features are purchased). The list of such parties and of the data shared with them is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Term and withdrawal

This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by sending a request to support@ream.design or by deleting my account. Withdrawal terminates the processing and results in destruction of the personal data, except for data whose retention is required by law.
